Lakewood's groundbreaking takonos

Someone sent me this file of Lakewood's new Takanos: http://personal.stevens.edu/~llevine/takanos_lakewood.pdf

It's strict, quite unbending, its practicality questionable.

Considering those who valiantly battle to maintain a wholesome kehilla, community, have little alternative than placing these rules, they seem prudent.

One revision is needed. When you sign that you don't have the internet, what stops you from getting it a day later. You should have to sign you will not be having one the entire year.

R' Mattisyahu, rabbonim, menahlim in lakewood are trying in a world of shrinking borders to put up a guard; yasher koach.
