'Writing' a wrong

Someone buy Israel's High Court a new pen, please.

Haaretz :

The High Court of Justice has amended a recent ruling because "a slip of the pen" seemingly permitted the Temple Mount Faithful organization to hold prayer services on the Temple Mount.
Supreme Court Deputy President Mishael Cheshin issued the unusual decision on Friday, stipulating that wherever the words "Jews shall be permitted to pray on the Temple Mount" appear in the ruling, they must be amended to read "Jews shall be permitted on the Temple Mount." Members of the Temple Mount Faithful said in response that this was "a Freudian slip," and that it was hard to imagine that the court had genuinely made a mistake.

Are they saying, heaven forbid, "The pen is mightier than the- Lord"?
