Williamsburg shul robbery

WABC:

A worker was assaulted and robbed inside a synagogue in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn this morning.
Police say the victim was inside the synagogue on Bedford Avenue when he was assaulted just before 3:30 a.m.
Eyewitness News has learned the suspect hit the worker on the head with an iron object and robbed him of cash. The suspect then fled the scene.
The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital in unknown condition, although his injuries were not considered to be life-threatening
