That will not happen. Comments will be published if there is no name-calling or other sorts of 'nivul peh' problems.

It shouldn't be a problem. But hey, let's give it a shot and see how it works out.
Interesting thing is that Shtender profile was available earlier tonight - the only peice of news was that it was started this month - wonder why he does not give access to his profile?

It is a shame that it had to come to this. It will defintly curtail alot of info that one learns only through the comments. I wonder if all the commentery against the Vaad and AK had to do with it. Anyway if Shtender is moderating the comments in a timely fashion then why not let people post and erase the ones that do not belong?
It shouldn't curtail any info whatsover, that's not the purpose of this.

At the very least it will avoid alot of lashon hora. After all we claim to be orthodox.

Maybe you can edit out the bad parts of good comments.
There are certain decency lines that should not be crossed, which we all recognize. I'm not going to judge what constitutes a good or a bad comment and then edit the replies. People should use common sense when posting, hameyvin yavin.
This blog is certainly in the spirit of Lakewood. Don't like something? Ban it. Let's ee if this one is posted.
