Degel HaTorah faction leader MK Moshe Gafni has announced that his party will demand the Justice Ministry if it is a part of the next government.
The ministry was run by the secular Shinui party leader Yosef (Tomy) Lapid until the party left the coalition because of its opposition to a special transfer of funds to ultra-orthodox educational institutions.

Wouldn't they have to take an oath to the state, and who is he kidding if utj is split they might not even get 1 seat let alone the justice ministry.
