No. I mothballed my booklet for posterity.
Quite possibly the one who emailed it to me is the seller.
the bigger issue here is that "yeshivah ortho..." doesnt even get that it's a joke.
i'll support Y.O. on this one. the email has been making the rounds and i got it right after it was posted on ebay

Anything emailed to me I keep under strict confidence;-
people have kids to get them into schools, kollel checks to pick up, children to marry off...
i hope that the "Ovewr-zealous chair lady doesnt get in trouble for using the internet access to post the listing. LOL
