Lakewood policeman strikes again
Someone sent me this link from CBS T.V. of a report about a black lady in Lakewood who claims police officer Menk- the one who had the scuffle with Rabbi Yosel Burstyn- beat her.
Rabbi Burstyn still awaits to see if charges against him will be brought. This incident makes that highly unlikely.
Why is officer Menk still on the force?
Ask your elected officials.

Three charged in assaults on police
LAKEWOOD: Three people were charged in connection with two separate incidents in which two police officers were assaulted.
On Tuesday, Clifton D. Hattett, 31, of Lexington Court, Jackson, was charged with aggravated assault on police officer James Vandezilver, who was working with the Ocean County Narcotics Strike Force in Jackson as an investigator, according to a complaint filed by the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office.
Hattett punched the officer in the head and chest and kicked him while the officer was trying to prevent him from swallowing a packet of cocaine, the complaint says.
He was charged with resisting arrest, aggravated assault on a police officer and tampering with evidence.
In a separate incident, Nichole Robinson, whose age was not available, was charged Nov. 20 with aggravated assault on Patrolman Erik Menck, Detective Lt. Joseph Isnardi said.
Menck responded to a 2:23 p.m. call of a disorderly person at a beauty supply store on Madison Avenue. The investigation sent him to Robinson's home on Williamsburg Lane, Isnardi said. During an interview, Robinson assaulted Menck, who had responded there along with officers John Doyle, Robert Perfilio and John Wilson, Isnardi said.
Robinson was charged with aggravated assault on a police officer after she was taken to Kimball Medical Center in Lakewood for treatment of asthma, Isnardi said.
Horace Cody, whose age was not available, also of Williamsburg Lane, was charged with interfering with an arrest during the incident, Isnardi said.

Ask your elected officals? are you refering to the ones who rendoresed conflife for commiteeman and mayor in lakewood?
Elected officials? Better ask the unelected officials, that is, the vaad.
Where are all those bloggers that where screaming about what a "chilul hashem" harav yosel bursztyn made huh? Where are all those who where only busy saying how we don't know how to act to cops and rabonim thing they own the world?
Crawl out from your little hole and comment!
The vaad said to vote for the incumbents, its hakaros hatov.
What gives you any right to belive the version of events as givin by who? a goy with no cheskas kashrus whatsoever? Since when is the APP an acurate source of events? Why is a chillul hashem defined as goyim being upset? Goyim are upset that I put on tefilin, is that a chillul hashem?
ok, Lets call a spade a spade.
If you are telling me that The App has no cheskas kashrus then how can you believe the latest incident about officer Menk beating a girl from lakewood
I was not relying on the APP at all i was going on Rabbi Bersteins own addmision, that he did not back off when the officer told him to. If he would have listened and backed off then this whole thing would never have happened . Having the Prefix Rabbi does not make him above the law. If anything he should think twice before doing a questionable act because he carries that RABBI title . That in itself his his own downfall here and that is the chillul hashem . And stop hocking about your tefillin and go get a life.
I can't wait till your the one who gets writen about, well see how still feel about bais in the press.
